Prize-winners of the first edition on the open-air stage in the Brunnenhof of the Residenz

EUPLAYY was founded at the beginning of the coronavirus crisis in March 2020 and gave more than 200 young pianists from all over Europe a digital stage. On 15 August 2021 the ultimate winners of this first edition, young talents from Ukraine, Cyprus, Italy and Germany, finally met their audience in person: in an open-air concert in the Brunnenhof of the Munich Residenz.

The moderated evening brought together works from Bach to Stravinsky. Two days earlier the prize-winners had made their recordings at the Klaviersalon München.
